AliBach's Cornish Cakes

The new EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation (EU FIR 1169/2011) came into force on 13 December 2014.

Manufacturers and caterers must warn customers of the presence of 14 key allergens, including nuts and gluten.

The 14 allergens that need to be declared under the new food laws are: cereals including gluten, crustaceans, molluscs, fish, peanuts, lupins, nuts (such as almond, hazelnut, walnut), soya, eggs, milk, celery, mustard, sesame, and sulphites/sulphur dioxide.

Although I keep to the highest FSA standards during the baking and decorating process; I cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination of these allergens, due to working from my home kitchen.
